Here are few ways to use cinnamon to reduce acne:
Cinnamon and Honey:
Mix 3 teaspoons of honey with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Mix until you get a brown color. Now apply this to the acne-prone areas of your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse off the mixture. You can also add 1 teaspoon nutmeg to the mixture Honey contains anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties which can help in reducing acne.

Cinnamon and Lemon Juice:
Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Apply it to the acne-prone areas of your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse off the mixture afterwards
Cinnamon and Milk:
Mix equal parts of milk and ground cinnamon, and apply the mixture to the acne prone areas of your face. Rinse off after 15 minutes
Cinnamon contains anti-bacterial properties which can kill the bacteria which is triggering the inflammation. Use the mask which best suits you. If cinnamon is used for a period of 3 weeks, you can see noticeable results of acne reduction. Avoid this treatment if you are allergic to cinnamon. If you experience burning or irritation after putting on the mask, rinse it off with water immediately.
