Aloe vera for acne scars
Aloe vera has been found to contain excellent medicinal properties that are very effective in the removal of acne scars. Acne can be treated by either soaps containing aloe vera or aloe vera gel. Soaps should be used at least twice a day and the skin should be patted dry following the wash. A topical gel or cream application of aloe vera can then be applied to the inflamed or infected areas.
Aloe Vera can also be used in liquid form. This can be done by cutting off the tip of the aloe vera plant and applying the pulp directly to the affected area in order to absorb more oil. After using this liquid you should wash your face with a mild antiseptic or aloe vera based soap. Pat face dry and use an aloe based topical gel. This method gives you the benefit of all the medical elements of the aloe vera making your skin look healthier and free from further breakout.
