    hi,
I have suffered with acne all my life. Recently I suffered from a flare up with crohns and I’m taking med that cause acne. So you would think that I would be having sever break out. Guess what! nope. I drink and take green tea. I stopped drinkig soda, I limit my juice as they are high in sugar. I do not eat anything deep fried, avoid sweets as much as I can and eat as natrual and as organic as you can afford. Take hot baths, as hot as you can take and allow the steam to open your pores. Use lotion if you need to on you body. Use only non-comodeginc lotion on your face, organic is best. Drink lots and lots of water, don’t use the excuse that you can’t do it. It is worth it.
